Jaeyeong Nam is a postdoctoral fellow at the Better Government Lab at the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University. His research focuses on promoting social equity in citizen-state interactions and equitable resource distribution across social groups. His research examines administrative burdens, representative bureaucracy, civic technology, and artificial intelligence. His work has been published in the Public Administration Review and Journal of Technology Transfer.
